Terms of Use

Version of September 23, 2026

This is an English translation of the terms published in Russian at https://licenses.the-done.app/legal/ru/terms. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms govern the use of the websites https://the-done.app and https://licenses.the-done.app, including the Customer Portal at https://licenses.the-done.app/manager/ (together, the "Website").

1.2. The Website is owned by SOFTMUS Limited Liability Company (OOO «SOFTMUS»), INN 3900002327, OGRN 1223900010784, address: ul. Minusinskaya, 22, 263, Kaliningrad, Kaliningrad Region, 236005, Russia (the "Administration"). E-mail address for legally significant notices, including those provided for by Russian Federal Law No. 149-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Information, Information Technologies and Protection of Information: hello@the-done.app.

1.3. By using the Website, a person (the "User") confirms that they have read and accept these Terms. A User who does not agree with the Terms must stop using the Website.

1.4. The purchase of licenses for the "Done" software is governed by the public offer; personal data processing is governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Privacy Policy.

2. Account and Customer Portal

2.1. An account is created when a license is purchased, when the User registers on the Website (if registration is available under the sign-in method in effect) or by the Administration. The main identifier of an account is the User's e-mail address.

2.2. The User signs in to the Customer Portal by one of the methods in effect on the Website: via a one-time link sent to the User's e-mail address or with a login and password. The User must keep access to their mailbox, password and sign-in links confidential; actions performed in the Customer Portal after signing in with them are deemed to be performed by the User.

2.3. If the User loses access to their e-mail address, their password is compromised or unauthorized access is suspected, the User must notify the Administration immediately. The e-mail address is changed in the Customer Portal in two steps — confirmed at the old and new addresses — or through support. A password is reset via a link sent to the account's e-mail address.

2.4. The Customer Portal shows the User's licenses and keys, activations, payments and receipts, and allows downloading distributions and updates, renewing licenses and paying invoices.

3. Rules of Use

3.1. The User may not:

  • take actions aimed at disrupting the Website or gaining unauthorized access to other people's accounts, data or the Website infrastructure;
  • collect information automatically or send mass requests that create excessive load, or use the Website's programming interface in ways not provided for in the documentation;
  • impersonate another person, use someone else's e-mail address, or pass sign-in links, passwords or license keys to third parties;
  • use the Website to distribute malware or other information prohibited by the laws of the Russian Federation.

3.2. If the Terms are violated, the Administration may restrict the User's access to the Website. Restricting access to the Customer Portal does not in itself terminate purchased licenses; the consequences of violating the license terms are determined by the license agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. The Website, its design, texts, graphics, logos and code are objects of intellectual property rights of the Administration or its licensors. Materials of the Website may be used without the right holder's consent only in cases provided for by law.

4.2. Third-party trademarks and names mentioned on the Website (including Nextcloud) belong to their owners and are used to indicate compatibility.

5. Liability

5.1. The Website is provided "as is". The Administration strives to keep the Website available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may carry out maintenance that temporarily restricts access, giving advance notice where possible.

5.2. The Administration is not liable for the User's inability to access the Website for reasons beyond its control (communication failures, the User's hardware or software, actions of third parties), or for e-mails not delivered because of the User's e-mail service. The User's rights under concluded agreements, including consumer rights, remain unaffected.

5.3. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for actions performed using their account in accordance with clause 2.2.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

6.2. The Administration may amend these Terms by publishing a new version at https://licenses.the-done.app/legal/ru/terms; a new version takes effect upon publication. Continued use of the Website after publication means acceptance of the new version.

6.3. Requests, claims and other communications are sent to the e-mail address given in clause 1.2 and are reviewed within 30 calendar days unless the law sets another period.
