Consent to Personal Data Processing

This is an English translation of the consent published in Russian at https://licenses.the-done.app/legal/ru/consent. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

I, the personal data subject, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, in accordance with Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Personal Data (the "Law"), give my consent to SOFTMUS Limited Liability Company (OOO «SOFTMUS», INN 3900002327, OGRN 1223900010784, address: ul. Minusinskaya, 22, 263, Kaliningrad, Kaliningrad Region, 236005, Russia; the "Operator") to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Personal Data

• e-mail address;
• login — if sign-in to the Customer Portal with a login and password is enabled;
• the licenses and license keys I have purchased and their terms;
• payment details: date, amount, currency, method and status of payment;
• technical data about activations of the "Done" software: installation identifier, server host name, versions of Nextcloud, the software and PHP, activation label, IP address;
• information I provide in my requests to the Operator;
• technical data automatically sent by my browser when I use the Operator's websites: IP address, browser and device details, date and time of the request.

2. Purposes of Processing

• concluding and performing the license agreement: accepting payment, sending license keys and receipts, providing access to the Customer Portal, distributions and software updates;
• sending service notifications about the license and account security;
• handling requests, claims and refund requests;
• keeping the Operator's websites running and secure.

3. Actions with Personal Data and Processing Methods

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction — using automated means.

I agree to the transfer of personal data to the persons listed in Section 4 of the Personal Data Processing Policy — the payment service, the hosting provider and the e-mail delivery service — to the extent necessary for the stated purposes. Dissemination of personal data to an indefinite number of persons is not permitted.

4. Term and Withdrawal of Consent

4.1. This consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn.

4.2. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a request to hello@the-done.app from the e-mail address whose data is processed, or by a written request to the Operator's postal address.

4.3. After receiving a withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within 30 days, except where further processing is permitted without consent on the grounds provided by the Law (in particular, performance of a concluded agreement and storage of payment records for the periods established by law).

5. How Consent Is Given

Consent is given by ticking the corresponding box on the checkout page or when registering on the Operator's website, separately from any other documents I confirm. The Operator keeps a record of the consent, its date and the version of this text.

I confirm that I have read the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy and the rights of the personal data subject under the Law, including the right to receive information about the processing of my data, to demand its clarification, blocking or destruction, and to withdraw this consent.
